Private Teaching

I teach private lessons both online and in person (in Los Angeles). I hold composition degrees from the University of Southern California (Bachelor’s) and Princeton University (PhD), where I also taught for 6 years (private lessons and classroom teaching). I teach composition, theory, orchestration, counterpoint, notation, electronic music, film scoring, violin and any combination of these to suit your artistic goals. Whether you are a student preparing your portfolio for undergraduate or graduate applications, or a musician who would like to broaden your skillset and develop your artistic vision, I can help guide you.
